DESCRIPTION: Double lounge Chair with cushion. Stainless Steel frame powder coated and Coated Natural Teak Wood. Cushions made up of Agora 100% solution dyed acrylic fabrics from Spain and high density foam. The cushion comes with removable fabric cover which can be washed when required.

WARRANTY TERMS

Outdoor Furniture:

  • Synthetic Wicker Furniture: 10 years for any manufacturing defects
  • Braid & Rope Furniture: 5 years for any manufacturing defects
  • Teak Wood Furniture: 5 years for any manufacturing defects subject to regular weatherproof coating of make Remmers after every 6-12 months depending on the installed location.

Cushions:

  • Outdoor Fabric: All our cushion fabrics comes with 5 years warranty against any color fading or shrinkage. The fabric covers needs to be hand washed with luke warm water and mild detergents.
  • High density foam: No warranty on foam. We recommend to keep the cushions in shaded area when not in use so they are protected from rain & sun.

Glass Top:

  • All our glass tops are toughened and can handle harsh weather but there is no warranty on glass tops. We recommend to cover or lift the glass tops when not in use as they tend to damage the table tops due to strong sunlight. No warranty on tables if any damage due to glass tops.

Umbrellas:

  • Our umbrellas comes with 5 years warranty for any manufacturing defects. But no warranty if any damage due to natural calamities or human errors / mishandling. We recommend to always keep the umbrellas in closed position when not in use.

Other Terms:

  • Any repairs arising out of reasons other than manufacturing defects such as mishandling / breakage / damage to weave etc will be on chargeable basis.
  • No responsibility of damage during unloading / shifting of material.

I have bought a furniture product from Loom Crafts; can you help me assemble it?

Most of our furniture comes in assembled state except the cushions and glass tops which just needs to be placed on the furniture. In case any furniture requires assemble we will assist you with that by sending you the instructions through email.

Can I cancel an Order:

As all Loom Crafts products are handmade, Cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed. In case of any exception, please speak to our customer care and they will assist you in the best possible way. No refund will be made in case of cancellations for Part Payment orders; the advance amount will be forfeited as cancellation charges.

How do I initiate a return process?

Return is only applicable if the product is damaged in transit and is not repairable at site. Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return process. You can contact us by either sending an email at info@loomcrafts.com or calling us at +91 8448440556 (9 AM – 5:30 PM).

Please do not return products without first speaking to a representative at Loom Crafts. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process a refund.

Who pays for the shipping if I send the item back?

We have our Reverse Pick up facilities in selected locations wherein your items can be picked up from our end and the same is chargeable. In case you need to send the product yourself, kindly ensure that you use a track-able shipping method (e.g. First Flight, Blue Dart). Reimbursement will be in the form of a gift voucher which can be redeemed during your future purchases with us anytime within 30 days.

What is the return notice period?

Returns for our Outdoor Furniture will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products. Refund will be provided only in case repair at site or replacement for the same product is not available.

Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery

Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process)

Are there any conditions placed on returning a product?

The returned product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product.

Every product and package is labelled with a serial number. This serial number must be readable and un-tampered on return.

What can lead to cancellation of my order?

  1. When a product is rejected in our Quality Check process.
  2. When our logistic partners are unable to deliver to the desired delivery location.

How do I return a product to Loom Crafts?

​If you wish to return any product, please inform a customer care representative at Loom Crafts. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process the request.

To return a product as per our return policy, please log in a request with our Customer Care team, either by sending an email to info@loomcrafts.com or calling us at +91 8448440556 (9 AM – 5:30 PM). Once a return request is authorized and approved from our end, we will pick up the product ourselves. In locations where we do not have our Reverse Pickup services, please ship the product in a transit worthy packaging and we will intimate you to where to ship the product back.

What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?

If you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

How will I receive the Refund and in which mode?

Once the refund is initiated from our side and we receive the goods back in our manufacturing unit in Ghaziabad, we will refund the amount within 72 hours and in the same source from where we received the payment for example bank account or credit / debit cards.

What if the product has missing parts or defects?

If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts / defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
